What is a publication link?

A publication link is a link to the actual job ad that can be found on the channel (e.g. StepStone.com or Monster.com) that is purchased by the customer once it is online.

No, there are quite a number of channels that don't deliver links. In this case, the customer should go directly to the job board and search for the job themselves. Alternatively, reach out to your account manager for help.
