With so many factors at play, Rezoomo can't be held responsible for low performance/ low applicant volumes unless the reason is down to a technical error in the posting. We will, however, hold our job board partners accountable for consistently low performance.

When a job advert is underperforming it is important to investigate why this is happening and take action if possible. This could include a change of job title, job advert, or a refresh if the job board allows.
