When holding a face to face or video interview you will most likely be taking hand written notes. However, it is very important to keep all notes on a candidate in one, easily accessable location.
In the notes section of your candidates profile you can quickly and easily take a photo of your hand written notes and add them to the system.
This can be done in two ways:
Mobile - Log in on your phone, navigate to the notes section of your candidates profile and select the attach icon. This will give you the option to take a photo.
Desktop - First take the image of your notes on a mobile device and tranfer to your desktop. Then attach the image in the messaging section of your candidates profile.
