How to help candidates with technical queries regarding Rezoomo and where to direct them

Rezoomo is a software provider used by companies to manage their hiring process and is only able to assist with technical issues regarding Candidate applications and the Rezoomo Software. 

If a candidate comes to you as an employer with a question which you cant answer the best thing to do is the following:

  • Make the candidate aware of the Job-seeker Help Articles on the Rezoomo website which may contain the answer to their query. 

  • If the answer cant be found here a candidate can contact us via our live chat function in the bottom right of our homepage or by emailing [email protected] and we will look after their query from here. 

  • It would be great at this stage if this is a tricky technical query that you ask them to include as much context and information as possible in their message and if possible to include screenshots of what they are seeing as well as what browser and device they are using if possible. 

It is advised as best practice for all employers to give a great candidate experience that they familiarise themselves with the Job-seeker Help Articles, this way you might be able to help your candidates first hand without ever needing to redirect them. But we are always happy to help regardless so please always direct them to us if you are ever unsure.
