The first thing you need to do is switch on the future roles tab on your careers page.

  • Navigate to your setup guide in the bottom left of your screen when logged in, it is represented by this icon

  • Now click "Build your Careers Site" and select the edit pencil to the right of "Future Roles Page" as seen below.

  • Once in here you need to add a little introduction piece, add some areas of expertise and some locations this will then allow for general applications to be received.

Creating your future role will now be allowed and displayed in the above section

  • When logged in navigate to the CRM section to the left of your Dashboard as shown below

  • Select "+Talent Pool/Future Roles"

  • This form will appear and you will fill out all relevant details. Please take note of the section highlighted in red. If you want this role to be shown publicly on your careers page, you need to ensure this is marked as on. Otherwise it with be an internal talent pool not publicly visible for people to apply.

  • When you click save, this future role Talent Pool will show in your CRM as below

  • And on your careers page under the future roles tab as below for candidates to submit their applications. You can have as many future roles as you wish in multiple locations.
