Once set up, your jobs are posted to Indeed automatically and candidates can apply without leaving Indeed. This guide walks you through enabling the integration and confirming it's switched on for your jobs.

Enable Indeed Apply

Integration Setup

1. Click on the Setup Guide

2. Click Integrations and Security

3. Click Sponsored Jobs Boards.

4. Toggle IndeedApply to On

5. Enter your company email address. If you already have an Indeed account, use the email linked to it. If you're new to Indeed, any email address on your company domain will work. Then click Save.

Note: To authenticate job posts and avoid spam, Indeed requires a company email address. This email address is used to validate your organisation's job posts and is not used for any other purpose.

Enable Indeed Apply on a job board

Once Indeed Apply has been enabled, your jobs will be posted to Indeed automatically each time you create a new job in Rezoomo. You can confirm this in Step 4, Job Distribution, where the Indeed - Job Posting card will show Status: On | Indeed Apply: On.

Example job post on Indeed

After Indeed Apply is enabled for your job board, the Apply Now button will display on your Indeed.com job posts, allowing candidates to apply to your jobs directly from Indeed's platform.

Candidates will automatically sync to Rezoomo with a source of Indeed.

If Indeed Apply isn't available for a job post, the job post still syncs to Indeed. Instead of Apply Now, candidates see a standard apply button that links to your job post.

Note: If your job post doesn't appear on Indeed at all, contact Rezoomo Support. If we confirm Rezoomo is sending the job post to Indeed, we'll refer you to Indeed Support.

Custom application questions with identifiable information

As of April 1, 2023, Indeed no longer allows job post questions that seek personally identifiable information (PII) like full birthdates, driver's license numbers, or social security numbers from applicants. If your job post includes a custom question requesting PII, the job post will be removed from Indeed, and your Indeed account may experience restricted functionality. Reach out to your Indeed account representative for more information.
