1. Click the company logo in the top-right corner.
2. Click the Out of Office switch in the profile menu to set up your Out of Office.
3. To enable Out of Office, toggle the Out of Office switch, as shown below.

4. Select the first and last day you'll be out of office.
5. You can select one or more colleagues to also receive your message notifications. This step is optional; you don't need to select anyone if you'd prefer not to.
Your own notifications will continue as normal. Any colleagues you assign will simply receive a copy.
Configure Automatic Reply
6. Toggle this switch if you'd like candidates to receive a notification that you're Out of Office. This step is optional.
7. Type the message you'd like candidates to receive. If you enable a response but leave the message blank, the following default message will be sent instead.
[[Thanks for your message. The person you're messaging is currently out of office and will be back on DD Month YYYY. A colleague has been notified and will follow up with you if needed.]]
Once you're happy with your settings, click Save.
8. Once your Out of Office period begins, a banner will appear at the top of the screen. To edit your Out of Office settings, click Edit Settings, as shown below.
9. To turn off your Out of Office, click End out of office now, as shown below.
10. You can also edit or turn off your Out of Office by clicking your company logo.
11. Then click Edit to edit your Out of Office, or toggle the switch off to turn it off.
