Understanding User Roles & Permissions in Rezoomo

Rezoomo uses role-based access to control what each user can see and do within the system. Below is an overview of each role and what it can access.

Written by Support Team

Superadmin

Full access to all areas of the system, including backend settings. Superadmins are the only users who can delete other user accounts.

Admin

Comprehensive access to all features and data, including job creation, management of all job postings, candidate management, user management, CRM, the Careers Site, Requisitions, and system configuration tools. Admins have full access matching Superadmin permissions, with one exception: Admins cannot delete users.

Both Superadmin and Admin have access to the full system configuration suite, including:

  • Careers Site builder

  • Add and manage users

  • Company integrations (job boards, social media, corporate websites)

  • Default messaging and settings

  • Digital gallery (image/video albums for job campaigns)

  • Candidate Relationship Management (talent pools)

  • Subsidiaries (multi-brand recruitment management)

  • Job posting & candidate settings

  • Digital templates (application forms, checklists, interview scorecards)

  • Document portal

Recruiter

Can post and manage jobs but does not have access to all jobs unless added to specific jobs as a collaborator. Recruiters can delete a job, but only if they created it themselves.

Recruiters have access to CRM and requisitions, along with the following configuration tools:

  • Add and Manage Users (view-only, cannot add, edit, or remove users)

  • Default Messaging and Settings

  • Candidate Relationship Management (talent pools)

  • Subsidiaries

  • Job Posting & Candidate Settings

  • Digital Templates

Recruiters do not have access to the Careers Site builder, Company Integrations, Digital Gallery, or Document Portal.

Hiring Manager

Cannot post jobs directly, and cannot delete jobs. Hiring Managers can access and manage candidates for positions where they've been added as collaborators, but have no visibility into other jobs. They don't have access to the CRM or configuration tools. They can submit requisitions for approval.

Within jobs they have access to, Hiring Managers can:

  • Communicate directly with candidates

  • Review candidate documents and profiles

  • Progress candidates through each stage, including scheduling interviews and hiring

Restricted Hiring Manager (available on request)
A more limited version of this role can be applied if needed. Restricted Hiring Managers can:

  • Review the full candidate profile

  • Shortlist candidates

They cannot:

  • Communicate with candidates

  • Reject candidates

Marketing

Access is limited to the marketing features of the system only. Marketing users have no access to candidate data or profiles.
