How to send an Internal eSign

Learn how to send Internal eSign documents. Note-Internal eSign documents are not visible to the candidate.

1. Navigate to the relevant job

2. Click into the candidate screen

3. Click into the relevant candidate profile

4. Click the eSign icon

5. Click "Send internally"

6. In the next screen, click "Attach File" to upload the relevant PDF for signing

7. Click "Device". This will open up your system files and you can select the relevant document.

8. Give the document a name

9. Give the document a Deadline. After this Deadline, the document will expire, if it hasn't been completed.

10. Click the "Add Signers" field.

11. Select the users that you want to add as signatories. If you want to add someone who isn't a user on Rezoomo, click "Add External Signer"

12. Click "Next step"

13. Place the relevant fields into the PDF by dragging and dropping them into the PDF

14. Click "Assign" to assign the relevant signatory

15. Click "James Test (Signer)" to assign the signatory

16. Once all fields have been added, click "Save document"

17. Add a message for the internal recipient

18. Click "Send". The relevant signatories will receive an email advising that they need to sign the document.

19. You can view the sent document in the Document tab

20. Click eSign

21. Here you can see eSign document

22. Alternatively, you can access the eSign dashboard from the menu on the left of the screen

23. The document can be managed from the eSign Dashboard
