How to add screening questions to your application form to disqualify unsuitable candidates

Use radio button or dropdown questions on your application form to automatically qualify or disqualify candidates, making it easy to filter applicants after they apply.

1. The example below shows how you might use the unqualify option in practice. In this case, if a candidate selects "Learner Permit" or "None," we want to unqualify them. Simply tick the Unqualify box next to the relevant answers - you'll then be able to filter these candidates out once they've applied.

2. Click "Save". If a candidate selects either Learner Permit or None, they will be marked as unqualified.

3. To filter unqualified candidates after applications are received, navigate to the job flow screen and click Add Filter.

4. Click "Qualified"

5. Click "is"

6. Select the "Unqualified" option.

7. Click "Done"

8. With the filter applied, you can reject or progress candidates individually or in bulk. Note that unqualified candidates can still be progressed if needed. You can also reverse the filter and select Qualified candidates only.
