Rezoomo Digital Forms

Learn how to send and manage Digital Forms

1. From your job screen, select the relevant Candidate flow.

2. Click the relevant candidate. Note that a Digital Form can be sent to a candidate at any time, regardless of the stage they're in.

3. Select either the Email option or Chat

4. You can select an existing Default Message template or type a new message.

5. Click the Actions menu

6. Select one or more forms from the menu.

7. Click "Send". You can see the name of the attached Digital form(s)

8. The candidate will receive an email with links to the forms that you've sent.

9. The candidate can also access and complete the form via their Canidate portal.

10. The following is an example of a form that a candidate could complete. The banner image and logo at the top of the form will be taken from your Rezoomo Career Page.

11. As the employer, you can lick "Time Line" to view your message and confirmation of the sent forms.

12. To view your sent form and to see the status, click the Documents section

13. Click "Forms"

14. Any forms that you've sent to the candidate for completion will appear here, with the status indicating if they're pending or completed. Before a candidate has submitted a completed form, you can delete the form by clicking the Bin icon and the form will no longer be available to the candidate.

15. To view a sent form, simply click the form name.

16. A preview of the form will appear. If it has yet to be completed and submitted, the form will be blank. Once submitted, the content will appear. If documents have been uploaded, you can simply click on them to download.

17. To view a PDF of the completed form, click All.

18. The completed form will appear as a PDF and any uploaded files will appear as individual files.

19. Note that once a candidate has completed a form, the sender of the form will receive an email confirmation.
