How to Add a User Already Connected to an Account

When adding a user, you may get a messaged indicating that the user is already connected to an account. This means that the user is either already setup as an employer user, or as a candidate.

Update Your Rezoomo Profile Username

Learn how to easily change your username on Rezoomo. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to update your profile information and ensure your account is set up correctly.

1. Sometimes, when adding a user, the system may indicate that the user aleady has a Rezoomo account. It will either be an employer user account or a candidate account. If you want to continue to add the user to your account, you'll need to ask the user to change their email on their existing account.

2. To change the email on your existing Rezoomo profile, click on the logo in the top right corner, then select My Profile.

3. Click the email field and amend your email as required. Then click Save. The amended email is now saved.
