1. Select the candidates that you wish to progress to Interview
2. Click "Bulk Actions"
3. Click "Progress"
4. Click the Actions menu
5. Click "Schedule Event"
6. Complete the scheduler fields e.g. Location, Duration etc. Select the timeslot to add a date/time for the interviews
7. Select the date and time from the calendar
8. If you would like to create the same slot time/date multiple times, enter the number of times that you need.
9. This can be replicated with additional time slots if required
10. In the example below, 10 x 9am Feb 28th slots will be created. Click Progress
11. Click the Interview tab
12. Click the Calendar icon
13. Here you can see all slots have been created
14. Below is an example of what the candidate will see.
15. When the candidate selects the relevant date, only one 9am slot will be visible for selection.
16. The candidate selects the time and clicks Confirm
17. Once a candidate has accepted a time, you will see that it has updated in the schedule, with the remaining timeslots still available to other candidates for selection.
