Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security by requiring users to enter a verification code sent to their email when logging in. This ensures that only the rightful user can access the account, even if their password is compromised.

Only a Superadmin can enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), and once activated, it applies to all users within the company.

How to setup 2FA

  • Log in to Rezoomo as a Superadmin

  • Select the Setup Guide in the bottom left corner

  • Select Company Integrations

  • Select the Security tab

  • On the next screen, you can toggle 2FA on or off. Note that once enabled 2FA applies to all users in your organisation

  • The token duration defines how long an end user has to enter their authentication code. Since the code is sent via email, it's important to set a sufficient time period to allow the user to receive and input it. The duration is measured in seconds.

  • Once you've enabled 2FA, the end user will see a screen similar to the one below, where they will then enter the code that they've received in their email.
