When you’re looking to make changes to an existing schedule, the majority of the time, you will be selecting Amend Slot to make necessary changes. This article outlines the various actions that can be carried out using Amend Slot.

If a candidate would like you to accept an interview time on their behalf, select Amend Slot and Choose the relevant candidate from the Drop Down. Click Save and you’re done.

By selecting Amend Slot, you can easily add and remove interviewers from the relevant dropdown highlighted below.

As long as a candidate hasn’t yet selected the interview slot, you can click Amend Slot and simply select a different time/date for the slot.

Remove Candidate from slot

There are various reasons as to why you might want to remove a confirmed candidate from their slot. To do this, click Amend Slot and then simply remove the candidate from the slot, using the dropdown, leaving it blank. Then click Save.

It's not possible to change an existing interview slot to a different type. If you want a different type of slot, you will need to create a new slot by clicking "Add New Slot".
