Where to find it: From the Scheduled Events screen for a job, click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the relevant slot and select Amend Slot.
Manually Confirm a candidate for interview
If a candidate confirms their interview time with you directly, for example over the phone or by message, rather than selecting it themselves through the scheduler, you can confirm it on their behalf.
Click Amend Slot
Choose the relevant candidate from the dropdown
Click Save
The slot status will update to Confirmed, and a confirmation email will automatically be sent to both the candidate and the assigned interviewer(s).
Add/Remove Interviewers
You can add or remove interviewers assigned to a slot at any time.
Click Amend Slot
Use the Interviewers dropdown to add or remove names
Click Save
Adding or removing an interviewer sends them an email notification and updates their calendar in Rezoomo, as well as in Microsoft Teams/Outlook if that integration is connected.
Change interview time/date
As long as a candidate hasn't yet selected the slot, you can change its time or date directly.
Click Amend Slot
Select a new time and/or date
Click Save
If the slot is already confirmed with a candidate, you'll need to remove the candidate from the slot first (see below). Once the slot is vacant, you can then use Amend Slot to change the time or date.
Remove a Candidate from a Slot
You might need to remove a confirmed candidate from their slot, for example if they need to reschedule or withdraw.
Click Amend Slot
Use the candidate dropdown to clear the selection, leaving it blank
Click Save
Change Interview Location or Type
It isn't possible to change an existing slot to a different interview type (e.g. from Video to In-Person). If you need a different type, create a new slot instead by clicking Add New Slot.
