There may be some situation where you want to withdraw you application from a job you have applied for. You might have uploaded the incorrect version of your CV, you may have received an additional qualification since applying, or you may have gotten another job.

Whatever the reason, you can remove you applications, and all of your other data, from a company in one clink, in line with GDPR regulation. 

1. First, you have to login to your Rezoomo account. Here is the login link is here in case you need it: https://www.rezoomo.com/login/ 

2. When logged in you will need to go to this section: https://www.rezoomo.com/dash/edit-profile/ 

You can find it by clicking on your initials in the top right hand corner:

3. Next you scroll down to click "Manage Right to be Forgotten" and click "Forget"next to the application you need to withdraw/delete. This will remove your application and all your data from the company, but you will be able to reapply. 

NB. If you have applied for more than one role with a company, this will remove all applications, so you will have to reapply to each one, should you wish to be considered for the role.
