Rezoomo Hiring Marketing User Starter Guide

When added to Rezoomo with Marketing access by one of the main Admin users of the software you will first receive an email advising you to activate your Rezoomo Account with a message similar to below:

Please click update password and bookmark your company login page link as this is what you use to log in going forward.

NB: Please note if you have not received this link it has more than likely went into your spam folder so please ensure you check here.

When added to Rezoomo with Marketing Permission the below elements are what you will be able to access and manage. 

To begin building your company profile you simply need to click the arrow on the tab labelled “Build your company profile” as seen below and follow the steps within to build a rich and engaging profile with an aim to attract candidates as your audience.

The only mandatory section within this is the “Why Us page” however we recommend building your companies profile out to 100% in order to get the most value and ROI out of this. See some more info here if needed “Building a company profile and publishing it”

Once your corporate profile is built and published you can now integrate this into your websites career tab. You can manage this by accessing the below tab on your dashboard:

You have 2 options on website integration, I would read up on both of these below before making a decision on which makes most sense for your website and brand:

Lite Integration

Full Integration

You will see the below tab labelled “Build Your Digital Gallery”

Here is where you can create folders and add assets such as videos and imagery to add to job ads. These images and videos will not show anywhere unless added to a job ad but it is good to build out this resource as much as possible so the HR/Recruitment have plenty of relevant assets to add to thor job adverts to make them really stand out. Rezoomo also offers Video Productions, so if this is something you are interested in please let us know. 

In this tab labelled “Subsidiaries” as below, you can create and add subsidiary accounts/profiles if your company has multiple brands.
