Rezoomo Hiring Manager User Starter Guide

Welcome to Rezoomo! Looking forward to working together. Below is everything needed to get you up and running 😊

Activate your Rezoomo account

When added to Rezoomo with Hiring Manager access by one of the main Admin users of the software you will first receive an email advising you to activate your Rezoomo Account with a message similar to below:

Please click update password and bookmark your company login page link as this is what you use to log in going forward.

NB: Please note if you have not received this link it has more than likely went into your spam folder so please ensure you check here.

As a hiring manager you when you log in to Rezoomo you will only be able to see jobs which are relevant to you and you have been tagged in by the job poster. 

The main access functions of hiring manager access are:

  • Screening CVs

  • Shortlisting + progressing candidates

  • Messaging Candidates

  • Leaving notes on candidates

  • Bulk messaging candidates 

  • Rejecting candidates

Getting to know your dashboard!! 👀

When you log into your Rezoomo account you will see the below dashboard!

The buttons to the left mean the following:

  •  Dashboard - 

  • Jobs - 

  • Messages - 

The most relevant area for you is the dashboard and within this the job section as highlighted below! 

The jobs section is where you will see any jobs you have been added as a collaborator to. If there are no jobs here do not worry it may just mean you have not been added as a collaborator to any jobs just yet! 

Viewing and managing Candidates

In order to view candidates for a role in which you are added as a collaborator you simply need to click the applicant token as highlighted below:

This will then open up a page with all candidates displayed where you can view them one by one by clicking their name. 

Please note when in a particular candidate you can easily move to the next candidate by clicking an arrow in the top left of the screen. 

When viewing a candidate there is a list of tabs at the top where you can see their cover letter, application answers etc. 

If you like the look of a candidate and think they meet the criteria you can easily shortlist the cv in the top right

To send a personal message to a candidate you just need to click the messaging tab and send your tailored message as seen below

 

You can also leave notes easily on a candidate which are only visible internally and not by the candidate. This is handy for if you've done your screening call or face to face and you want to keep notes on the system in case you ever need to go back on them.

If you would like to bulk reject a bunch of candidates in 1 go. Shortlist all the candidates you want to progress first. Next click select the checkbox to the laft of name as highlighted below at the top of your candidate list and this will grab anyone who has not been shortlisted. You will then select Bulk Actions and reject and all the unshortlisted candidates will be sent a rejection message.

Raising a Requisition

If your company has enabled Requisition Forms you can raise and submit these within the Rezoomo software. 

In order to submit a requisition form follow the below steps once logged in to your Rezoomo account. 

Navigate to the left panel of the screen and select the jobs icon as below

Next select "Requisitions"

In order to submit a requisition form select the "Open Form" button below and a form will populate for you to fill out and submit.

Once complete simply submit and the form will be sent for approval.

You will be able to see whether your requisition has been approved or denied in the submitted tab.
