Rezoomo Admin User Starter Guide

Hello,

Welcome to Rezoomo! Looking forward to working together. Below is everything needed to get you up and running 😊

Adding your team!

Rezoomo has 4 user permissions within the software;

  1. Admin - This user has full access to explore all features and areas of the software with no limitations. Examples of who you may give this type of access to are The HR/Recruitment team and department, Senior Management etc.

  2. Marketing - This user has limited access to the platform. They will only have access to editing the corporate profile, adding assets to the digital gallery section and also the integration section where website integration and social integrations are set up.

  3. Recruiter - This user can post job adverts and manage candidates within these jobs. They can be tagged as a collaborator in other roles if needed also. They essentially will only see roles they create or are added as a collaborator to.

  4. Hiring Manager - This use has limited access and can only view job adverts and candidates for jobs in which they are added as a collaborator to. An example of who you may give this access to is a Team Manager or head of department. 

You can add and manage users from the set up guide or this link if logged in at present. Please note after adding a user they should receive an email where they will be able to activate their account and create a password, this can sometimes end up in spam so always be sure to get them to check here as well. 

Creating/editing your corporate profile

  1. To the bottom left of your dashboard you will see an icon which when hovered over says "Setup Guide" click here to get started. 

  2. Next enter the section which says "Build Your Company Profile" and follow the steps within up you are happy with the content. Please note the only mandatory section/tab is the why join us tab which must be complete in order to publish.

  3. Once complete click "Back To Set Up Guide" in the top right corner.

  4.  In the top left of the screen you will see "Publish my company profile", click the button next to this (If it is not working you may need to add more content to have the minimum required to publish a profile)

  5. And there you have it, your corporate profile is now live and ready to start engaging talent!

Career Site Website Integration

This step is not to be overlooked and should take place ahead of posting jobs. If you have someone who currently manages your website I would advise adding them as users with Marketing access and forwarding them the below articles. There are 2 options and you can find articles explaining both below:

Default Messaging and Settings

Within the Setup Guide you will see a section called “Default Messaging and Settings. This includes auto messages which go out to candidates when they apply and when moved through a process, for example a “Thank you for applying” message. 

Please ensure these messages are tailored to be consistent with your brand and messaging in these areas.

You can edit these messages by clicking the 

 symbol next to the message you need to edit. Be careful not to delete items which are should in brackets such as 

 as this is what ensures the messages are personalised to the candidate etc. Don't worry if you do delete this however, you can click the + symbol to the left of the message and add these tokens back in where needed!

Add your first New Job 

Once you have completed the above steps you are now good to go ahead and post a new job! When logged in you can easily create a new job by clicking the button in the top of your page in the header “Add New Job” which looks like this
