User permissions explained

  • Super Admin - This user access has full access to the software and is classed as the main user. 

  • Admin Access - This user also has full access to all the relevant areas of the software

  • Hiring Manager - This user will only see roles in which they have been added as a collaborator to (handy for when you may work with TMs etc and they need to view the CVS ahead of the interview so you don't need to print them)

  • Recruiter - This user access allows them to post roles and manage candidates only within these roles unless they are added as a collaborator to another role similar to how the Hiring Manager access works.

  • Marketing Access - This user will only have access to editing the corporate profile as they generally have lots of assets that can be used here, and they also have access to website integration functionality and social media sharing options.
