Every Rezoomo Account comes with a Rezoomo hosted career page/corporate profile. This is a public facing and custom branded page where candidates will generally receive their first impression of your company. This, for example, is where they land after applying for a position from one of Rezoomo's free job board partners. Many overlook the importance of having a careers site/page which is engaging to a candidate but this area is where a lot of candidates drop off so it is wise to put in the effort to minimise this drop off % and capture talent you might be missing out on.
Why you should consider website integration
Attract passive candidates already browsing your company website.
Ensure consistency of what message is portrayed to candidates no matter where they apply.
Save time as when you update any content on jobs or your profile through Rezoomo it will update on the Rezoomo hosted career page but also your careers page on your website instantly.
Because Rezoomo offers a highly interactive and allows for rich media if you do not have a careers page or feel your career page could do with a revamp this is a very cost effective and easy way to achieve what you are looking for in order to enhance candidate experience and cover all candidate apply avenues.
How to integrate Rezoomo in to your Careers Page/Website
To the left of your dashboard when logged in to Rezoomo navigate to the bottom left of your screen and enter your setup guide through the button below:
Once in your setup guide enter the 3rd tab labelled "Company Integrations"
Next navigate to the full integration button as shown below
On this page you can enter the HTML, CSS and JaveScript of your header and footer to create your careers page.
Once you have created your careers page and are happy with how it looks the next step is to publish your page by selecting the on button at the top of the page.
Next you need to get your Rezoomo page link which will be integrated. You can do so by selecting this button and then copying the link.
The next step is to create a link on your company website or career page. You can do this by adding a careers menu item to either your header or footer menu of your website. You will then point this link to the URL you visited in the step just before this.
The final step is to create a 301 redirect from any old career page to your new one so that you do not miss out on any traffic that may come through old links that may have been posted on social media etc.
And that's it! You should now be up and running.
