How to create a talent pool / Future Role / evergreen role

To start, let's speak about the difference between a Talent Pool and Future Role. 

Talent Pool

This is a pool of candidates that you will have manually placed. It is not a public-facing pool in which a candidate can submit their details. It is a pool you will have created in the back-end of the Rezoomo system where you can put candidates as you wish. 

Future Role/Evergreen Role

This is similar to a talent pool but is public-facing and will sit on your front-facing Rezoomo Hosted Careers page on Rezoomo and on your website if you have integration complete. Candidates can see these roles and submit their CVs to these future roles or evergreen roles. These could be roles you always have active or want to build a pipeline for. 

How to create Talent Pools & Future Roles

Talent Pool Creation

When logged in to your Rezoomo account navigate to the CRM button to the left of the screen as seen below.

Once in the CRM section, you can now create a Talent Pool by selecting "+ Add Talent Pool/Future Roles" at the top of the page


You will be presented with the below to fill out, ensure you keep "show on company profile" switched off to ensure this is not a public-facing role.

Click save changes at the bottom and this talent pool will now be live and ready for you to add talent to! To see how you can add candidates to a talent pool you can view our article on adding candidates to a talent pool.

Future Role Creation

In order to create a future role that will be visible to candidates and they can submit their CVs, you will follow the same roles as above but ensure "Show on Company Profile" is switched on as seen below.

When you click " Save changes" this role will now show in the future roles section of your corporate profile as seen below. Please note you need to ensure this tab is switched on through your set up guide here

Candidates can now submit their CVs to these roles as they wish for you to review. You can have as many future roles as you wish and this is a great way to capture CVs and pipeline talent for when you need it.
