The Team page is where you can put a face to your brand, showcase your team members to candidates. It is an excellent area to leverage the "Why Us" aspect of attracting Talent. You can input team members by department, location or whatever you see fit. We recommend addition images of the team members and having a mxture of text and video content to appeal to different kinds of candidates. You can have team members create content from anything ranging from a day in their work life, about them or even a testimonial about why they love working with your company and their journey to date.

Steps for adding and editing your Team Page

  1. When logged in to your Rezoomo account navigate to the bottom right corner of the screen and you will see an icon which when hovered over says "Setup Guide", click this!

  2. You are now in your set up guide. In order to access the Benefits tab to edit you will need to click the arrow within the first box titled "Build Your Company Profile"

  3. Next click the edit icon in the shape of a pen to the right of the label "Team Page".

  4. You are now in the Team page and can edit the content.

  5. To Start you need to add a team department for example: Sales, Marketing, IT, Facilities, F&B or whatever it may be within your business.

  6. Next add the location of this team/department.

  7. Add in a description of the team.

  8. Click "Add Department"

  9. Great! You have now added a department. The next stage is to start adding team members to the department.

  10. Click on the icon labelled "Team Member" and a box with information to populate will appear.

  11. When you have added all the relevant content and media simply select "Add Member" and the member is now added to the associated department/team they have been created within.

  12. You can add as many departments/team and team members as you wish! The more the better infact.

  13. Once you are happy with the content simply scroll back to the top and select the "off" button which is above the "Team" tab and it should show as "on"

If your page is already published this tab will now be live or if you need to finish the remainder of your profile it will be live as soon as you publish your profile.
