The Why Join Us" page is one of the most important pages of your entire profile. It is the key area for showcasing your EVP (Employer Value Proposition) compared to your competitors and why a candidate should choose you! Now, while we cant tell you what to write here as this is unique to each brand what we do recommend is keeping this content as candidate focused as possible. Image yourself in the candidates shoes, what would you like to see here and more importantly what would make you apply. Something worth considering is gathering staff from across the business and have a short brainstorming session as to what may work here.&nbsp;

Steps for editing your "Why Us" page

When logged in to your Rezoomo account navigate to the bottom right corner of the screen and you will see an icon which when hovered over says "Setup Guide", click this!

You are now in your set up guide. In order to access the Benefits tab to edit you will need to click the arrow within the first box titled "Build Your Company Profile".

Next click the edit icon in the shape of a pen to the right of the label "Why Us page".

You are now in the Why Us page and can edit the content. We recommend filling this page out as much as possible using a variety of videos, images and text content to keep it interesting and vibrant.

You simply need to complete 50% of this page in order to be able to make it active.&nbsp;

Once you are happy with the content simply scroll back to the top and select the "off" button which is above the "Why Us" tab and it should show as "on"

6. Once you are happy with the content simply scroll back to the top and select the "off" button which is above the "Why Us" tab and it should show as "on"

If your page is already published this tab will now be live or if you need to finish the remainder of your profile it will be live as soon as you publish your profile.&nbsp;
